Three scholars of NOLITC hurdled 100% passing rate in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or N4 Examination held last July in Cebu City. John Mark Malata, Marlon Andan and Eisenhower Guevarra passed the test. They studied Nihongo Culture Course at NOLITC for year under the class of Nihongo volunteer teacher Katsutoshi Furukawa.
