Guv lauds 64 graduates of 2D animation and call center training

Governor Alfredo Maranon, Jr. lauded yesterday the sixty four graduates of the Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center under the Negros First Training for Work Scholarship Program and TESDA’s TWSP.

The governor was happy to know that some of the graduates were already hired by Contact Center partners of NOLITC prior to their graduation.

Twenty-six graduated in the 2D animation course under TESDA scholarship, while the rest of the graduates took the Contact Center Services course.

The second project of NOLITC with ABS-CBN was also launched during the graduation, dubbed as “techie boy”.  The 30-seconder 2D animation project will be aired in MagTV Amiga show of ABS-CBN Bacolod.

Present during the graduation ceremony were NOLITC Vocational School Administrator, Dr. Ma. Cristina B. Orbecido, Teleperformance Marketing Head for Vis-Min, Levi Trio and Kagawad Roberto Quirit of Brgy. 4, Kabankalan City.
